Could it make sence if SF would enter 

<meta http-equiv="content-language" content="en">

corresponding to the pages header automatically.

Since this is a task and has been directly assigned to a developer for implementation (not logged as a Feature Requests, which needs to be decided whether or not it will be implemented) we did not create a PITS item for it.
