Administration: Needs better alphabetical sorting coverage.

Maybe it's coming for a future release, but I keep coming across dialogs and lists that are not sorted alphabetically which is frusterating to look through if you have a lot of items, namely:

- Page Templates
- Page Editor Widget Popups
--- Library Selector/Browser (Images/Video/Documents/etc.)
--- Form Browser

I agree.

For example, when selecting a template to apply to a page, it makes no sense not to have the listing of templates in alphabetical order.
