Admin - Advanced Settings - Developers Notes

How about a 'Developer Notes' section where developer can write down some stuff.

I have one example. I did style one item of the topmenu with jquery. Now I have to write this down to remember when Icome back to the web in a year.

Even if you write it down and pass it to the client it most probably will not be around in a year.

So some stuff would be nice to keep within the project.
