When orphaned content gets moved to one of the palceholders it seems to be moving them to the first one it finds...but in my template it's a tiny placeholder near the top

Can we decorate the placeholders with something that will tell SF "Orphaned Content Goes here" and if that's not there, then it goes to the first as always?

Hi Steve,

If there is an issue with the content place holders we move all controls to the first place holder. We made this "fix" for SP1 release. There was problem with rendering control data only in preview and live mode of the page.

Yeah no, it's a fix I want, it's better than the content becoming invisible

But I want to define WHERE the default placeholder is if possible please
