Provide drop down list selection for Front End Theme

I would like to request a drop down list selection for setting the Default Front End Theme in the Administration -> Settings -> Advanced -> Appearance section rather than simply manually typing in the name of a Default Front End Theme into a textbox.

Thank you for this feature request. It is logged in our PITS system with ID 7394 where you can vote and raise its priority.

The reason settings and configurations in Advanced settings section look not very user friendly  is because they are automatically displayed fom the .config file. 

What we are planning to do is to move and/or duplicate many of these settings in the Basic settings section where you will be able to manage them easily. 
I highly appreciate your feedback. It iwll be taken in mind while we are preparing the wireframes.
