Output Cache Settings DropDownList

I would like to suggest the inclusion of a dropdown list for the Output Cache Settings in the Administration-->Settings-->Advanced-->System area.

When I edit the Page Title & Properties, I simply select the Caching profile that I want to set, however, in the Administration section, the Output Cache Profiles are not exposed as a dropdown list, but rather as textfields which require manual typing of the names of the various available Cache Profiles.  Since these Cache Profiles are created in a separate configuration section, these settings should be available as a dropdown list in the Cache Settings configuration area.

Well this is more of a problem that's existed *forever* in the settings and even advanced widget settings...we only have textboxes, even for bool (bleh)
