Move some stuff to be localized - for example recoveryMailSubject

Good day

As far as I can see the Securty- MembershipProvider- Default- Parameters recoveryMailBody and so on are available only in one language.

Would/Could it make sense to me some of that to the localization files?
Or have mail body templates in multiple language to get a bit more out of it :-)

Thank you for contacting us.

At this stage we don't plan to localize our settings. We might include functionality to edit the message templates using the message template editor of the Email Campaigns, so that you can customize all the emails sent by the system, but this is tentatively planned for our next major release.
