Clean up and restart function

I would love a cleanup (log files for example - I had some very big ones) and a app restart function.
At the moment I upload the web.config to force the site to restart but that sure is not the best and most convenient way to do it.

This might be part of a bigger feature. We have some ideas of a diagnostic screens, although nothing yet planned or finished. Do you have any other ideas that might fit in such a feature? I can name a few:
- broken link checker;
- performance configurations check (if all is set for production)
- memory monitor

I am sure there are other things we can include.
