read image tags during upload

Hi,
I know once I upload an image, I can add tags myself. But can Sitefinity read existing tags from an image during upload process and add those tags in tags field?
I need to create an image library and this user wants to upload hundreds of images. She has tags for all images and wants to use those tags in Sitefinity. Problem is she doesn't want to go through each image in Sitefinity and add those tags.
If lastest version of Sitefinity can't read tags then can this post be treated as a feature request?
