During Project Creation, don't call Flat-File DB "S

Small tweak...

When creating a new project, the "SQL Express" should be called something else... I don't know what it uses, but I assume it's flat-file (SQL Compact or something?).

I was thrown off and installed the product incorrectly the first time because I thought SQL Express meant "SQL Server 2008 Express Edition", which isn't correct..
