Ship Sitefinity installation with IIS Express

When developing with Sitefinity, it would be much better to be able to ship with and integrate with IIS Express.  

Using Cassini with Sitefinity CMS just seems like I have to wait forever and ever for it to load and perform processing.  Cassini may be fine for Visual Studio projects, but with the tremendous load and overhead of Sitefinity CMS, a lightweight web server like Cassini is simply not up to the task.
