Needs sf_users Account Management in Backend!

I've had users register but never get an email and therefore not be able to access Ecommerce and I was losing sales (possibly due to an SMTP setup problem but that's not the issue.) It was impossible to diagnose the problem from the SF Backend. Because I know a lot about authentication I looked in the SF Database at the sf_Users table and found that these users had Is_Approved = False or Is_LockedOut = True. I was able to edit these values manually in SSMS but there has to be a page built in SF for Administrators to be able to do this manually. The current Users page simply doesn't allow you to see or access any of these important fields. This is an ESSENTIAL FEATURE. In the meantime, I'll build my own backend outside of SF to allow me to monitor and edit users.
