Categories moving by drag and drop

It would be nice if you could organize categories using drag and drop like pages instead or in addition to having to set the partent.

Or like on pages when you have a checkbox checked then create categorie in the selected category instead of having to select a parent every time.

a) when you have a big hiarchy its a lot of clicks
b) when you select the parent and forget to click done  have to do it again :-)
