I thinnk when there is no workflow activated the option to filter pages waiting for approval should not be visible.

There seems to be a filter published - should there be one not published as well.

Hello Markus,

Indeed, both reported issues are valid. I have logged the Awaiting approaval option being visible as a bug in our system and the Unpublished option as a feature. You Telerik points have been updated. Here are the links to PITS:
