See Editor Block Elements Without going into thte HTML

I came across this and thought it would be a nice feature...  especially since we all know that when you hit return, or insert something you are not really sure where it will go or what HTML tag it will generate from. 
My clients are very afraid of HTML!  You used to be able to set the Rad Editor so that you could see the trail of tags you were inside, in Design View.  I don't see how to set that anymore?
Here is what I thought was a nice way yo handle that.
