Custom indexes - Sitefinity - Upgrading Sitefinity

Hi,

On my sitefinity 3.7 site I have some custom indexes that I created using this article
http://www.sitefinitywatch.com/notes/09-06-24/Working_with_Sitefinity_Search.aspx.
How do I migrate these indexes to sitefinity 4.4
