Multi lingual - Multi currency - Sitefinity - Ecommerce

If I understood Teresa’s comments yesterday during the webinar and read the current beta right, the Ecommerce will support multi-lingual/multi-currency in the same fashion as it does with pages where we’d have a product in English and you can create a language alternative by either copying its data or create a new one from scratch.

How are you going to handle this with $ and lbs opposed to EURO & kg, will we have to maintain 2 separate products or will there be some form of automatic translation ?

The Euro/$ KG/lbs seems to be globally defined in the Ecommerce settings, how will those culture settings be applied to site language versions?

Or will these global ecommerce culture settings be the default and we’ll only have an option to have multi-lingual titles and descriptions?

Thank you for your interest in the ECommerce module.

We have discussed your requirements with the team and we have logged this as a feature request. For the 4.2 release the ECommerce module will support one setting for the currency.
