Shipping methods bug [4.2.1650]
When in the checkout proces no valid shipping method is available, it gives a nice error message that no shipping method is available.
However, the first shipping method is applied (see screenshot $10.00) and one can continue the checkout process with this shipping method.
The expected behavior would be that once cannot continue because the order can't be shipped...

It seems that this is a bug in the E-commerce module. I have forwarded the issue to our teams so they can investigate the problem and resolve it for our next update. I have also updated your Telerik Points accordingly.
