Is there a way to customize the subject line used in the ecommerce order confirmation email? I see that there's a template for the body but I don't see any way to set the subject.

Hello Jeff,

 Yes, there is a way to customize the subject line used int he order confirmation email. In the backend go to Administration->Interface Labels & Messages then look for "OrderEmailSubject" and change it to your required format.
