Does Sitefinity eCommerce have these features?

I am evaluating the Sitefinity eCommerce module  for a client and a few questions came up.
1. Does it have the ability to have customer ratings?
2. Does it have the ability to do customer reviews?
3. Can you limit the states that you can ship to?
4. Does it have coupon codes?
5. Can you create a quanity discount?

 1. Not out of the box but I personally developed one that plugs right into Sitefinity. It's available on GitHub and NuGet. 
2. Same as number 1.
3. Yes
4. Yes
5. No. You can discount by customer, code, and amount spent in the default. It could be possible to develop your own solution however.
