How can choose pament method when 2 paymentmethod active

Hi all
I create 2 payment method (Authorize.Net & Paypal payflowpro ) . 2 payment method active so i run webpage . System just run Authorize.Net
in this case i want to run Authorize.Net but in that case i want to run Paypal payflowpro
What would i do ?
