Confirmation Email - Include link to order confirmation page

In the order confirmation email, is there a way I can add a link to the "confirmation page" on the web site with the correct guid so a user can click and go to the exact order of that the email is about?

The link would be something like: checkout/confirmation/order/d7b1c23e-5e71-62e5-89cc-ff00000c5efa

There is an option to Create a custom order confirmation e-mail template formatter. In the template you need to query the respective order information you need.
