Checkout process / Register User

Hi,

When I'm in the checkout process, I have to login or register for a new account. When I register for a new account, I like to go back to where I left inside the checkout process.

After registering a new account, I do not get the successful message and if I configure the Registration Widget to redirect to a custom page, it doesn't work either. The URL querystring tells me that it wants to redirect to the checkout page, but since that only works when I'm logged in, it results in some sort of loop.

So I would like to automatically login to the system, after succesfully register a new account, and then continue in my checkout process.

How should I accomplish this? Now I can't get any feedback and that is very confusing in the checkout process.
