Shopping cart persists values even after checkout

I am having an issue where the product details (like the quantity i have purchased) and check out information (Billing Information) persists on the widgets even when the user checks out and comes back in to make a new transaction.

 I made "enableviewstate" to false on all the widgets and pages .but still did not have any luck.
