Sitefinity 7.3 Discount coupon not working as expected for o

Hi Team,

I am using Sitefinity 7.3 and I just set up a coupon code in the discount page.  I clearly put in that the coupon can only be used 1 time, but it is letting me use it multiple times. This is Sitefinity out of the box functionality, so I am not sure why these things just don’t work.  

To be clear, it should allow each user to use the promo code only once or twice or whatever number I put in the space.
