Ticket sales examples and/or code examples

So from our understanding, Sitefinity is insanely customizable.  In our presentation from Telerik, we were told that AsiaAir uses Sitefinity. But are they actuallly using it to sell plane tickets or a different system.

Does anyone else have any other examples of companies using Sitefinity being used to sell event tickets or admission tickets to events, AND have actual code examples on how they tied it into an event ticket repository or system to sell tickets online.
