installer take a long time to process, then fail

Hi

   I am unable to setup the SiteFinity by visual studio 2019, so i am trying the installer. I have waited 8 hours but still not complete. Last night i ran the installer too, it took 10 hours to wait then prompt error.

There appears to be a HUGE amount of latency between your web server and your SQL server or at least that would be my assumption.  I have never had an install take more than a few minutes.
