Restrict CMS Administration Externally

On our external site, we need to disable all cms administration functions so that they can only be performed internally.  How would you recommend doing this?  We are open to a 1 server solution but would prefer a two server solution.

(This was possible in 3.x: http://www.sitefinity.com/devnet/forums/sitefinity-3-x/general-discussions/sitefinity-deployment.aspx)

Hi Abraham,

You can use IIS IP restriction, so only your internal IP addresses will be able to access the backend and pefrom updates.
