What's Deprecated in SF 5.0? SitefinityAtompubModule?

It's a little hard to do upgrades since there are old files from previous versions that seem to be deprecated and then hang around on the system. I have my site on shared hosting so when I upgrade I upload everything. I notice when I created a new Blank Project on my local server that the web.config did not include a SitefinityAtompubModule. Has this been removed in SF 5?

Is there a list of Web.config lines that can be removed in SF 5.0? Are there DLLs to remove? Other config files?
