Deploying new Dynamic Modules from Dev to staging?

Hi All,
Just wondering how people are managing this? I have just found out that Site Synch does not support this (I would have thought that the data could atleast be synched, might lodge a PITS for this).

Creating a new module creates a new database table as well as modifying the DynamicModulesconfig.config file. Doing a normal web app deploy will copy the files up, however moving that database table up seems to be a manual process??

As you properly pointed out, at the moment the content can be migrated only manually. However, we are planning to implement syncing in our future releases.
