System Restarting after website move

HI

Have just moved some Sitefinity sites from one server to another.
Both servers are behind a Load Balancer so that IP address persists.
Have changed server over behind the load balancer, so only new one being seen.
Have moved the web files from C:Drive to D:Drive and reset all permissions.
One site took ages to resolve and had the restarting screen for a while screencast.com/.../u37wsudDo0e, but this site was just one page.
Another site which is much larger is taking for ages, it still has the restarting screen.
Is there anything that Sitefinity does that makes it take this long because of the move from one server to another and the move of file path? Or is there something else it could be?
