Does Sitefinity's Staging & Synchronization covers S - Sitefinity - On Premise – Configurations & Setup

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to find out if Sitefinity Staging & Synchronization covers Content and Source Code (from Visual Studio project) Syncronization. Or the Staging and Synchronization only covers Content (Pages, Widgets, Ecommerce, etc..). If it only covers content, than the code can be updated like any other site on IIS? or is there any good practices recommended to sitefinity development?

Hi Nelson,

The SiteSync module will only synchronize content and not code, as this can be achieved by CodeSync, which you should be able to use as long as you have an active license for SiteSync. You can also take a look at this documentation article to learn what content is synchronized with the SiteSync module.
