Sitefinity migration

Hi,

I am new to Sitefinity. So we have a Sitefinity 3.7 setup for my client's website. Now we need to migrate this to a new instance of another server(both staging and LIVE websites). I dont even know where to start. Is there a checklist for things to migrate. All i have is the setup exe for 3.7 version. Everything else i need to figure out. The team that did the setup is no more with the Company. Appreciate any help.
