Handler Config Error on New Project Install - Cannot add dup

I've installed Sitefinity on Windows Server 2016, but after creating a new project in Project Manager and launching the site, I'm getting the error below:

"Cannot add duplicate collection entry of type 'add' with unique key attribute 'name' set to 'Telerik.Sitefinity.ThumbnailUploadHandler' "

The ThumbnailUploadHandler is in the config twice but in two different spots - one in the httpHandlers node and one in the handlers node (the former is supposed to be for older versions of IIS).

Anybody encounter this before?

Figured it out - in the config just above where it adds the handlers there's a section that removes them. The ThumbnailUploadHandler was never removed, so I just added that line in and everything worked.
