It takes a long time to restart website on Azure

Hi all,

Today, my website was down about 10 minutes. It show a message said "We'll back shortly" with a rocket icon.  As I understand, this message only appears since website starting (docs.sitefinity.com/application-status-pages-display-workflow). No event was logged by Azure and no one changes site's configurations. So I guess that Azure has unload my website because it's idle for a period of time.

In error log file, I see many "Thread was being aborted." error at the time the site was down.

Is it normal when my website take 7 - 10 minutes to restart? Could we have a way to avoid this happening in future?
