Unable to setup project

Hi

   I am following this https://www.progress.com/documentation/sitefinity-cms/install-sitefinity , but failed. Please help

Try reinstalling/restoring the Nuget packages.  

Update-Package -reinstall

Also make sure to run Visual Studio as Admin.

Did you check that path to see if the file is actually there? Also are you running Visual Studio as and Admin? Last I would try restarting VS and/or the machine itself
