Error Renaming Page Templates - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Issue: Error when attempting to rename an existing Page Template.

Steps:
1. Design -> Page Templates
2. Select "Create a template"
3. Name: "test 1"
4. Select "Create and return to Templates"
5. Select "test 1" -> Actions -> Title
6. Name: "test 2"
7. Select "Save changes"
8. Error message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
