Widget Toolbox Stuck Collapsed - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Issue: Widget toolbox stays collapsed and cannot be expanded when editing a Page at 1024x768 monitor resolution in all modern browsers.

Version: Sitefinity_4.0.1030.0

Tested Browsers:
Chrome 10.0.612.3
Firefox 3.6.13
IE 8

Steps:
1. Set monitor resolution to 1024x768
2. Maximize browser.
3. Create & Edit Page "test"
4. Click "Toggle toolbox" button (arrow) on the left middle of the Widget toolbox area.
5. Click the expand arrow that has moved to the right side of the screen.
6. The Widget toolbox will not expand.

The issue was fixed and it there should not be problem if you use the latest internal build.
