Document Upload Library List Not Sorted - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Issue: Document Uploader Silverlight control does not sort Library listing alphabetically.

Version: Sitefinity_4.0.1030.0

Steps:
1. Content -> Documents & Files
2. Create Library "zzzz"
3. Create Library "aaaa"
4. Content -> Documents & Files -> "Upload documents or other files"
5. Select a document to upload "test.doc"
6. Select the "Where to store the uploaded documents or other files?" drop down list.
7. Items are not alphabetically sorted.
  - "Default Library"
  - "zzzz"
  - "aaaa"
