Sitefinity 4.0 Create New Project Error - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

I tried to create new project on HTTP in Sitefinity 4.0. Initially I created SQL database, created new website in IIS on remote server, created empty directory in file system on remote server, and via IIS pointed new web site on the empty directory.
Then when I try to create new project and provide URL of newly created website I get error message:
UriFormatException:
Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.
The full error message is attached.

I understand that problem might be in my URL, but there is nothing extra ordinal there. The URL is like:
clientname.dev.domain.com

Could anybody suggest any solution to this issue?

Hello Developer,

Could you please check if have FrontPage extensions installed on your remote machine?
