403 on form page after upgrading to SP1 - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

I have a page with a form on it. When the page is set to not "show in navigation" we get a 403 forbidden when going to it from the public side. It works fine if "show in navigation" is true or if we preview the page. This was not happening before SP1. Any ideas?

I noticed this also and logged a ticket. Any page flagged to not show in navigation now throws a 403 error. This makes no sense to me as there are times when you want a page not shown as part of navigation but still accessible such as a search results page. I really hope this gets addressed soon and not delayed until Q1.
