One Language non english - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

1) created new project
2) Administration - Languages
3) Added German - set Default Remove English
4) same with backend

5) created 1st page. Warning about syncronisation.

Should that be, since

a) I have only one language
b) I have only one page
