Hi Rashmi,

Could you please provide additional details about the scenario and system configuration in which you're getting this error?
Generally it would be helpful to receive a copy of your solution and database dump. In addition, here are some guiding questions which would help us understand your case a bit better:

  • Which build of Sitefinity are you running?
  • Do you get this error on a specific page? or on all pages in your system?
  • What is the content of the page? which content items are placed on it?
  • Is the page you're getting the error a frontend page?
  • Which permissions are set for the page?
  • Which permissions are set for the content items on the page?
  • Is there an active workflow on your system? Is it in multiingual mode?
  • Is the user opening the page anonymous? Are you getting the error as a logged in user? Are you getting the error as an adminstrator?
  • Are you using any custom modules? Are you using any custom providers?
Thank you.

Greetings,
Alon Rotem
