We were not able to reproduce this in IE,FF and Chrome. Is this a clean installation? Did you set a back-end translation and which one?

Thank you for reporting this. The translation in the German language pack is wrong. You can either change it from the Interface Labels & Messages - search for 100% and correct the German translation (see attachment), or re-upload the German language pack (this is already fixed there). I'm updating your Telerik points.
