When I removed my Google Analytics widget, the place holder control is now pre-populated with existing content from the page.

Example 1: On my 'NEWS' page, when I removed the Google Analytics widget from the footer. I am now seeing all the 'Category's' and 'Articles' below the footer. (screen shot attached)

Example 2: When I removed the Google Analytics from my clients portfolio page - the client content & images are now pre-populated below the footer. (screen shot attached)

Update: When the Google Analytics is placed back in the Control, it seems look corrected in 'Preview mode' however when the page is published, the error of duplicated content remains.

Hello Scott,

Please, check this KB http://www.sitefinity.com/devnet/kb/sitefinity-4-x/content-is-lost-after-upgrading-to-4-1-or-changing-page-template.aspx
I believe that it should help.
