To recreate these issues in a new Sitefinity 4.1 project:
- Click the "Pages" menu option
- Click the "Create a page" button
- Enter "Redirect Test" in the "Name" textbox
- Check the "This page redirects to another page" checkbox
- Click the "Set page to redirect to" button
- Click the "Web address" radio button
- Enter "http://www.sitefinity.com" in the URL textbox
- The "Open this link in a new window" checkbox should be unchecked by default
- Click the "Done" button
- Click the "Create and return to Pages" button
- Click the "Actions > Title & Properties" link for the new "Redirect Test" page
- Click the "Save changes" button

Bug #1 - Nothing happens when the "Save changes" button is clicked. The proper behavior should be saving the page and returning to the "Pages" page.

- Click the "Change" button under the "http://www.sitefinity.com" redirect

Bug #2 - The "Open this link in a new window" checkbox is checked. It should be unchecked as specified above.

- Uncheck the "Open this link in a new window" checkbox
- Click the "Done" button
- Click the "Change" button under the "http://www.sitefinity.com" redirect

Bug #3 - The "Open this link in a new window" checkbox is checked. Changes to the checkbox value made in the steps above are not being properly saved.

- Click the "Cancel" link
- Click the "Back to Pages" link and the "OK" button when warned about navigating away from the page
- Click the "Actions > Title & Properties" link for the new "Redirect Test" page
- Click the "Back to Pages" link

Bug #4 - The "You have unsaved changes" warning dialog appears. This dialog should only appear if changes were made.

The above issues prevent making any changes to the "This page redirects to another page" configuration for a page.

These bugs appear to have been resolved in Sitefinity 4.1 SP1.
