4.1 and Workflow Broken

I think this is my last attempt before I roll back to 4.0 for good.

Has anyone run into workflow issues with 4.1?  Looks like my workflow is completely hosed after the upgrade, with no options for Approve/Reject appearing any longer (meaning there is no way for a non-admin user to do anything with pages other than "save as draft").

Obviously for me, that's a show-stopper.  I'm interested in hearing if anyone else has run into that or has any advice.

Nevermind.  Somewhere along the line, 4.0's workflow is broken for me too.

Time for another ticket.

Turns out that after deleting my old workflow and adding a new one, the problem went away.
