Shouldn't missing features remain hidden until implement

I clicked on Merge libraries in the Videos module, but was shown an unhelpful dialog:

In process of implementation.

I think it's better not to show missing features, after all: ignorance is bliss ;-)

Yes, they should be hidden. In fact we did this with most of the things, but missed this one.
