CDN loading?

I see in the page settings the MS Ajax stuff is set to come from

Path
ajax.microsoft.com/.../MicrosoftAjax.js

But it seems to still be served from the Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd...

How do I make that active (I'm not in debug mode)
