Table Cess Style builder error - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

If I right click on table, change cell properties and click on Stylebuilder i get the attached error.

My setup or SF bug?

The issue is logged in our system and forwarded for fixing. You can monitor the status of the bugs in our issue tracking system PITS. The issue ID is 6049.

It looks like this issue is in progress since almost ONE YEAR now and still has not been fixed.
